THE MUSIC COMET ERIK HOLTAR RONNING RELEASES A NEW SONG AGAIN

 

SEQUENCE

Erik, or HR/YNIT as he is called by friends is ready with a new self-produced song; «SEQUENCE». It will be released on Soundcloud on Friday 18 February at 00.00.

After five years as an electrician, everyday life became a bit boring for the young upcoming musician. He wanted to find other challenges than working with "cable and tongs". He packed his guitar, left Telemark and his hometown Porsgrunn and turned to the west towards the music metropolis of Bergen.

The student life in Bergen has provided valuable knowledge, opened up new acquaintances and created creative impulses. This has been the inspiration for him now to releasing a new self-produced song.

In his early teens, Erik started producing music and making his own lyrics. Much of the inspiration is taken from his own experiences and people he has met along the way. He has grown up in a musical family and his father's record player and old vinyl records have played a central role in his musical life.

Erik describes composing as a form of therapy, and many of his songs are dedicated to people he cares about or themes he is passionate about.
